Position: Scheme Administrator

About the role:
Thistle Insurance Services in Leeds are seeking an Administrator to work within our busy Schemes Administration team, supporting needs of our clients by working pro-actively and efficiently with managers, insurers and policyholders. We are looking for candidates with previous administration experience, and an interest in working within insurance or financial services.
The role involves assisting in the launch of new schemes and the timely renewal process for existing schemes, as well as general scheme administration. There’ll also be a requirement to support our business’s marketing activity - working with designers, printers and our compliance team, as well as monitoring scheme client websites and promoting our micro websites.
Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders and a pro-active approach to customer service.
- Minimum 5 GCSE Grades A to C, including English and Maths.
- Computer Literate.
- Experience of working within a Customer Services / Administrative environment.
