EXECUTIVE CHEF MANAGER - £35,000 + BONUS - MONDAY TO FRIDAY – ENHANCED HOLIDAYS
Working 6am-6pm, Monday to Friday we are currently recruiting for a hands-on Executive Chef to lead a team at a busy Academy School in Sandhurst.
Are you currently a head chef working in rosette standard hotel/restaurant looking for a change with improved work life balance? Are you a Head Chef or Chef Manager at a high-volume flagship Independent School or B&I location?
You will need to come from a total fresh food background and be able to demonstrate your passion for fresh, quality seasonal produce. You will have excellent commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate this along with your knowledge of modern food trends.
£35,0000 per annum
Performance related bonus
4 Weeks Annual Leave + Extended Holiday Allowance (up to a further discretionary 6 weeks)
No weekend working
Meals on duty, uniform provided
