This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join the team at this superb, purpose-built residential and dementia Care Home for older people near Batley, West Yorkshire.
You must be a confident and assertive Home Manager and you will be responsible for full home management including auditing, risk assessments, safeguarding, staff supervision and guidance, training, medication management, care planning, occupancy levels and, underlying all of this, always ensuring high quality care is being provided.
You must have an excellent understanding of the CQC standards and have the skills to ensure that standards are high from the outset and then work with the team to ensure these are maintained. As the Home Manager you will be pivotal to the well-being and advancement of the home and its team and so you must have strong leadership and communication skills.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar setting, with specific understanding of caring for older people. You must also have your Level 5 or equivalent and other relevant certifications to support your application.
