Part Time Reception



Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in central Birmingham who are looking for a part time receptionist based in their in Birmingham City Centre office.


Working within serviced offices you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, reception duties, diary management, dealing with general enquiries.

Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00am-2:00pm Saturday 8:30 -5:00pm


26 hours per week


Start date: ASAP

Location: Birmingham City Centre



The successful applicant will need to be able to:


- Greet visitors in a polite, friendly and professional manner
- Answer telephone calls
- Take messages as appropriate and ensure their prompt delivery
- Screen telephone calls where appropriate
- Keep colleagues up to date of any relevant information
- Assist in updating Reception records
- Carry out other duties as required appropriate to the position

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience of working on a Reception would be desirable.
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Computer literate

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Able to work well on your own and within a team
- Able to use initiative and work well under pressure
