Prestige Recruitment Specialists Limited are looking for an experienced Accounts Team Administration Assistant to work in Harpley, Near Swaffham Norfolk, for our well-known and established clients.
This position Permanent and hours can be arranged to suit.
Main duties will be to assist with the daily operation of the accounts function, providing support to the accounts assistant. Invoicing, book keeping, purchase ledger input and banking. Chasing payments from customers, answering the telephone, receiving and sending emails, processing online payments and reception duties.
We are looking for a highly organised, pro-active and methodical administrator to work as part of a small team. Willing to go the extra mile to achieve results and deadlines for the team. A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Other duties included will be arranging travel and accommodation for the site engineers, keeping records for insurance and Health and Safety, booking training for employees and other related admin tasks.
Experience in dealing with customer enquiries, sales support and payment handling will be an advantage. Confident in the use of Microsoft Office packages, Excel and Word is essential. Candidates must have the ability to multi task and work under pressure.
This position would be suitable for a person who has worked in a similar position previously.
You will need to have your own, reliable transport to get to and from this position as the office is located in a rural area and there are no public transport links to this site.
This job is offered on an immediate start and will be Permanent.
