Administration Assistant

Are you an experienced Administrator? 

We have the opportunity for you to join a prominent local firm of Chartered Accountants. You will work across various teams within the company. 

Typical working hours are ideally Monday – Friday 9am -5:15pm, however, flexibility will be given to the right applicant! Salary is competitive dependant on experience and qualifications. 

Duties will be predominantly scanning, filing, creating files and updating our computer systems throughout. It is an active role and you will be on your feet for a lot of the day. The role includes associated and varied administration work with a possibility of reception cover.

Candidate requirements- 

A minimum of 3 years experience within a previous admin role within an office (essential)
Working knowledge of Outlook, Word & excel (essential)
Business Administration qualifications (desirable)
Experience working within an accountants (desirable)
