Customer Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity available for a proactive, self-motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team in our Ridgmont project office. Your main focus will be the order entry, administration and progress of all project orders that come through

This role is offered on a permanent basis, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (no Saturday or bank holiday working)

About the role

Main duties are: 

  • receiving and processing customer orders from start to finish
  • answering the phone
  • price checking
  • putting together contracts 
  • liaising with other branches with regards to orders and deliveries 
  • responding to customer queries via email/phone

About you

You will have the ability to build long term client relationships so an excellent telephone manner and professional approach are crucial in this role.  You will need to be hard working, organised and have the ability to communicate information clearly.

Your pro-active, creative approach will encourage growth and development within this busy and varied role.

Key skills required for this role are good verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, problem solving ability and good at working within a team. Good Microsoft Office skills are also required, in particular Excel.
