Our client, a leading specialist in their field are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team in Amersham. The ideal candidate will have previous Receptionist, Secretarial or Administrative experience and be very well presented.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Receptionist will be meeting and greeting clients, suppliers and staff from other offices

- Courier and taxi bookings

- Create purchase orders

- The Receptionist will be carrying out data entry and security pass audits

- The Receptionist will organise meetings rooms and parking spaces (if applicable)

- The Receptionist will set up and clear meeting rooms as well as organise food and other refreshments for meetings

- Keep all public areas clean and tidy

- Calendar management

- Book external professional or clients meetings

- Booking and arranging in-house seminars

- Liaison with internal departments e.g. accounts for purchase orders

Key Attributes:

- The successful Receptionist will need to have impeccable Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

- The successful Receptionist will need to have impeccable telephone manner with strong communication and organisational skills

- Experience of working in a professional services environment would be preferable

- Flexible and proactive attitude to take on any new tasks

- Strong attention to detail

Hours:

Monday – Friday 12:30pm - 6:00pm
