Based just outside of London with extensive manufacturing services, we specialise in high quality upholstery and bespoke furniture for prestigious projects, luxury hotels and commercial schemes. 

The Role

Providing exceptional customer service to leading design professionals and Hospitality operators worldwide, we require a super-efficient, enthusiastic, organised individual to join our friendly, fast-paced team.

Supporting the Sales Team and Trade clients through a ‘can do’ approach, you will provide an exceptional service whilst being highly organised.

  • Processing Trade Sales enquiries by phone and email, producing quotes through to completion of new sales orders.
  • Liaising with other departments as part of the order process.
  • Supporting Senior Sales both internally and externally.
  • Managing in and outbound sales calls.
  • Operating and updating CRM daily.
  • Presenting quotes, communicating with clients on leadtimes, payments and delivery plans.
  • Handson and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Manage sample requests and track for updates.
  • Maintain Supplier Library.
  • Database management, inputting information into the CRM to track and report sales activity.

You

Confident with great interpersonal skills and an ability to manage your own workload.

Outstanding communication skills and excellent confident phone manner is required, as you will often be the initial point of contact for client’s day to day.

Experienced working in a Trade Sales environment, ideally within furniture, interiors or design sectors.

Key Essentials

  • Exceptional eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Strong communicator with good written and spoken English.
  • Excellent time management skills & multi-tasking abilities.
  • Competency in data management, MS Office especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Excellent time management and follow up skills.
