Our client, a well established and growing business, have a vacancy for an Administrator to join their team in Luton.

Working in a busy office environment, your duties as the Administrator will include the following:

  • Deal with phone and email enquiries
  • Taking orders and advising on availability and pricing
  • Process orders
  • Picking and packing orders ready for despatch
  • Ensure invoices match up with delivery notes
  • General office administration
  • Ad hoc support to team as needed

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administration, be confident dealing with queries, handling calls/emails and working to deadlines. You will be a team player with a can do attitude, be customer focused and solutions driven. Good Excel and IT skills are important although the role is quite heavy on the manual processing side as it stands. Immediately available candidates are going to be of particular interest, as the role is currently vacant and the Operations Director is keen to interview suitable candidates ASAP.
