Internal Sales Executive

Adecco Bristol are delighted to be recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive within a successful, growing team. With the opportunity to earn generous commission within a supportive team, the right candidate will naturally develop relationships with existing accounts through strong telephone conversations. Working closely with the Field Sales team, the role includes updating the CRM database and using Excel to compile reports.

* Outbound calls to existing and prospect clients
* Identifying areas for growth and new sales
* Using Microsoft Office including Excel
* Providing up to date pricing and product information
* Using a CRM system and keeping it updated
* Negotiating using active listening skills
* Communicate effectively with internal departments
* Regularly updating the Field Sales team
* Confident on the phone
* Excellent time management skills
* Comfortable doing sales and negotiation
* Take ownership of issues until resolution
* B2B background
