From overseeing the day to day clients to booking engineers, the right candidate will have a high level of attention to detail in a constantly changing environment. Duties

* Liaising with field based colleagues

* Chasing the field team for information

* Using Excel to create reports and colleague movements

* Booking travel and accommodation

* Invoicing and general administration

* Dealing with client queries over the phone and via emails

Individual

* Highly organised and proactive

* Excellent phone manner

* Strong coordinator dealing with all levels of business

* Excel proficient

* Able to deal with complaints
