We are not only on the look out for people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, but someone who will truly muck in and help us make this business a success. We are searching for people who give a damn!
You will provide exceptional service by having brilliant conversations with our members, by being on hand to answer their questions and solve problems through whatever media the member chooses.
What you will be doing:
What we are looking for:
35 hours a week, with shifts between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Salary £18,200 rising £18,870 after completion of 3 month probation period
