Due to our exciting growth plans we are looking for Superstars to join our family on Monday 5th August.

We are not only on the look out for people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, but someone who will truly muck in and help us make this business a success. We are searching for people who give a damn!

You will provide exceptional service by having brilliant conversations with our members, by being on hand to answer their questions and solve problems through whatever media the member chooses.

What you will be doing:

  • Inbound Call Handling on all aspects of the customer journey
  • Email response
  • Back Office administration including task clearance and exception
  • Complaints resolution (both formal and informal)
  • Customer Retention activity including outbound calling to existing

What we are looking for:

  • Customer service is your middle name (could be literally)
  • Amazing communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Solid computer literacy
  • Strong spelling and grammar competency
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at Grade C
  • Brilliant attitude – friendly, personable, trustworthy and honest
  • Naturally kind-hearted
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and the unknown
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for helping others
  • Is a self-starter. Looks to find solutions and seeks out new opportunities where they can add value rather than waiting to be
  • Has great attention to detail. Is able to consistently deliver ‘right first time’.
  • Enjoys variety. Welcomes the opportunity to work in a blended environment where priorities and work tasks can change hourly

Shift Patterns

35 hours a week, with shifts between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Salary £18,200 rising £18,870 after completion of 3 month probation period
