ADMINISTRATOR
We have an exciting vacancy for an organised Administrator for our client based in central Peterborough. The role is to provide administration support to a busy team who organise marketing campaigns and produce reports on key areas of business activity.
Duties will include:
·Action payments
·Processing vetting applications
·Producing and sending daily and weekly reports to clients and the Management team
·Once familiar with operational activity, suggest and implement new procedures and processes to streamline operations
·Liaise with marketing companies
·Update the CRM system
·Support the Client Account team with financial processes
·General administration support
About you:
·You must have good IT skills, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
·Previous experience with databases and CRM systems
·Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
·Excellent organisational skills
·Problem solver
·Good negotiation skills
·Ability to pick up new things quickly
·Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
·Strong team player
·Professionally presented
·Friendly and approachable
·Excellent administration experience
The normal hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm but additional hours may be required from time to time. The salary for this role is £21k - £23k per annum.
