We are a busy Recruitment Agency specialising in the Automotive industry based in Sheerness. We have successfully retained a large contract and require an Admin Co-Ordinator to join our team.
You will be assisting in the management of a pool of drivers and will be required to carry out the following duties;
Keeping drivers availability up to date on a weekly basis
Collating drivers invoice and expenses
Checking weekly invoices and forwarding these to the accounts department for payment
Liasing with our client
Attending site to conduct inductions
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role.
This is a temporary part time role, with the potential to increase to full time.
