An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant in a Public Sector body in the Bedfordshire area. Due to an increase in workload an Administration Assistant is needed immediately on a part time 20hr contract for a 3 months potentially ongoing basis.
Key duties of an Administration Assistant will include-
·To operate and maintain an efficient administrative system to support delivery of Legislative Community Safety
·To receive and process daily correspondence, entering details on to their database
·To minimize the workload of the team by working efficiently in a fast paced environment
·Be able to work with all department effectively to ensure things run smoothly
·Be able to receive, filter and process any enquires effectively
To be a successful Administration Assistant-
·Basic literacy and numeracy equivalent to GCSE grade C or comparable work experience
·RSA Stage II Typing/Word processing (or equivalent)
·Experience within the public sector would be desirable
