We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in Tipton.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to have:

* At least 2 years’ experience within a customer service/telephony role

* Data entry experience

* Previously dealt with complaints

* Experience in handling high volumes of orders

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proactive and able to use initiative

Details:

* Salary: £18,000-£20,000 per annum

* Working Hours: Mon-Fri between the hours of 10am-7pm (flexible)

* Location: Tipton

* Duration: Permanent

Role of a Customer Service Advisor:

* Respond to customers via email and email management

* Answer incoming calls in regards to order updates and queries

* Data entry

* Complaint handling

* Update databases

* Other ad hoc duties
