Due to company growth I am recruiting for an Administrator for an award-winning Financial Lender based in Blackpool. You will be joining a company with a fantastic benefit package, excellent progression opportunity and ongoing training.

You will be working out of luxury, modern offices with a fun an vibrant atmosphere. The business has been established for over 10 years and are continuing to grow from strength to strength.

Duties:

* Accurately assess applications for a Second Charge Mortgage from direct customers and brokers

* Making informed underwriting decisions in line with company policy and procedures and lending criteria

* Liaising with brokers, customers and third parties when processing the applications

* Provide brokers and customers with updates on applications

* Work within regulatory and company policy

Skills:

* We would like to hear from you if you have experience working as a Loans Administrator, Completions Administrator, Mortgage Administrator or similar Administrator roles

* Experience working in the financial sector will be a huge advantage

* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
