We are seeking an additional Administrator to join our team based just outside of Farnham working within a rural location so you must be a car driver. We are a friendly team supporting customers across the UK with all aspects of administration support. Working Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm with free parking. We can offer a salary of up to £21k and are looking for an experienced administrator seeking a happy work environment who is ideally available to start asap.
The Administrator role will cover the following duties:-
Processing orders as they come in on a daily basis onto the in house system and excel.
Ensuring all orders have been submitted accurately and are processed in a timely manner.
Answering all incoming calls into the office with any queries regards to live orders.
Providing assistance to answer any client updates on the progress of their orders.
Preparation of quotations and sending them out.
Scanning of documents into the in-house system.
Photocopying and filing of all necessary supporting documents and forms.
Updating customers details and making any amendments where required.
Scanning and photocopying of documents making sure all information is recorded.
Liaising with both the customers as well and other departments
To be considered for this position you must have previous Administration experience, good organisational skills, excellent PC skills including Word/Outlook/Excel and be happy to work on your own initiative as part of a small but busy team.
