Technical is an area that is vital on site, working with major retailers and developing teams. We require shortlisted candidates to have the following:
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Management skill/experience

This role will involve supporting the Technical Manager in all aspects of managing the Technical Department. You will need to ensure high technical standards are met and maintained across the site working within technical services, raw materials and also provide focus to customers in terms of building and maintaining relationships.
We are looking for someone who enjoys developing teams and has man management experience – not scared to bite the bullet and drive teams forward!
