Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator based within the Arundel area.

They are looking for a candidate who is confident and self-motivated, and able to work within a fast-paced environment. You must be customer focused and able to work independently and part of an effective team.

Key requirements:

* Telephone based role in a busy manufacturing environment.

* Order processing.

* Calculating quotes for customer enquiries.

* Planning and organising delivery schedule to meet customer requirements.

* Communicating with customers, operations and transport to fulfil requirements.

* Informing customers of any issues or delays.

* Complaint handling with urgency and care.

Skills:

* Good level of written and spoken communication

* Experience of Excel, Word, Outlook

* CRM experience would be an advantage
