We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, self motivated receptionist that will be comfortable dealing with a range of clients.
With this being a crucial role, the face of the business you will have to be incredibly personable yet professional in dealing with all clients.
With the company growing over the past few years the time has come to grow the team in Coventry.
You will be responsible for:
-providing front of house/reception duties
-updating CRM system
-respond to enquiries within a quick and efficient manner
-comply with health and safety
Your hours will be 40 hours per week with shifts of either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. You will also be on a rota basis for 1 in 4 Saturdays however you will get a day back in lieu.
For this position you will have to of had experience working in a receptionist role before, ideally from hospitality, corporate or property background.
