Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
Job Type: 6 month Fixed Term contract
Working Hours: 37.50 hours per week
Currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a company based in Dorking on a fixed 6 month contract with the opportunity to be extended and to become permanent.
As a Parts Advisor, your duties will include:
• Provide effective support and communication and a quality of service to customers and distributors and ensuring they are kept informed of the status of their orders
• Seek new sales opportunities to grow parts sales to customers/distributor by using marketing initiatives
• Maintain and develop excellent relations with customers/distributors
• Liaising with correct department to resolve customers/distributers shortages and ensuring that parts are distributed on time
• Ensuring that customers orders are correctly entered onto the system
• Assist with training of new staff
• Support colleagues in other departments when required
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills:
• Experiences in a customer service advisor position
• Inbound calls telephone experience
• Positive attitude
