We have registered an exceptional opportunity to join a growing communications agency in Oxford. Due to continued success they are seeking an experienced administrator to support their team by taking responsibility for storing collateral on their system and helping with ad hoc projects.
As the Administrator your main duties will include:
Inputting accurate client data into their system
Assisting with queries
Providing adhoc administrative support to the Directors and wider team
It is essential that you have excellent attention to detail and are well organized with an ability to follow processes. As the Administrator you will have previous administration experience and take pride in your work. There is plenty of opportunity to grow and develop in this organisation so getting stuck in and willingness to learn will be essential.
