We are currently recruiting a full time Management Accountant to work for our client based in Barking.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, preparing and overseeing all accounting activities including invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. You will also be responsible for reconciling and analysing balance sheets.
Experience in rental business is preferable but not essential. You will ideally have knowledge of Sage and/or Zero accounting packages to post and review AP invoices for accuracy. Other duties will include performing account reconciliations, preparing and reviewing journal entries, review bank reconciliations. You will also be assisting in the preparation of UK Statutory reporting. Reconcile rental and expendables inventory. Assist in the month end accounting close and prepare of monthly board pack, Assist annual year end physical inventory count process. Special projects as detailed.
The successful applicant will be a qualified or part-qualified Management Accountant with proven experience.
