Responsibilities as our Inbound Customer Service Advisor:

We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to provide a professional, first class level of customer service to our members to resolve a number of different service and technical support queries across several channels in relation to their healthcare benefits.

Our primary goal is to help our Vitality members understand how they can improve their health, make it cheaper to get healthy and Understand how they can receive rewards to keep them motivated.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week based on a shift pattern between our office opening hours of 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays from 9am – 1pm.

Skills required of our Inbound Customer Service Advisor:

- Outstanding technical knowledge

- Determination to resolve all manner of queries in a timely and effective manner
