Paying £9.00 per hour

Monday - Friday 08.30 – 12.30

My client is seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide a first class customer service experience.

You will be:

• Meeting and greeting visitors

• Signing in of the visitor’s book

• Answering the switchboard, fielding calls and taking messages

• Booking meeting rooms

• Ordering stationary

• Setting up the meeting rooms with refreshments and lunches

• Keeping the reception area neat and tidy

• Ordering of stationary and other consumables

• A car driver as you will purchasing consumables from a local store ready for meetings

You will:

• Be well presented with excellent communication skills

• Possess Receptionist experience

• Be pc literate and competent on Word, Excel and Outlook
