Project Manager - NHS Trust - Manchester

About The Role
The Trust has buildings around London, which means will you will be working on a variety of Hospital buildings and environments. The projects you will be working on are mainly Major Capital Projects ranging up to £20 million. These include new hospital suits, theaters and hospital centres at multiple sites. This is an exciting role which will enable you to gain exposure to variety of projects, progressing your career.
With an opportunity for progression, this ongoing contract will be working mainly on major Capital works. You will need to motivated and a self starter, with a main part of the role leading the projects. Ideally you will be a chartered building surveyor or from a construction background or have equivalent experience within the NHS to demonstrate your autonomy when managing projects.
This NHS Trust is a Foundation Trust with a strong turnover which provides integrated care including mental health, learning disability, social care and community services. It operates from multiple locations around Manchester.
