We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to come join a highly successful company within the lighting industry to join their small but talented Administration team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience of using Sage 50c that includes knowledge of sales order processing.
We are on the look out for a hard-working, conscientious person to support the admin / order processing team that services three areas of the business which are aerospace, automotive and signage. The role its self covers three main areas, which are sales and order processing using Sage 50c Accounts software, General administration duties and general warehouse duties.
The general administration duties include office filing, answering incoming calls, receiving and responding to emails along with liaising with customers and internal sales staff. With regard to the general warehouse duties they include ensuring orders are picked and packed correctly along with ensuring a stock take is undertaken once a month.
Responsibilities / Skills required:
· Experience of using Sage 50c accounting software for sales order processing
· Previous experience within an administration role

· Microsoft Office 365 experience
