To be responsible and accountable for the delivery of a high quality Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support and Discretionary Housing Payment service in accordance with statutory requirements and Council strategy that encourages the use of cost effective digital services whilst also meeting the requirements of customers less able to use self-service options.
To be responsible for the effective operational management of the Council's Assessment Hub including delivery of the following services;
To ensure that all customers have a positive experience when contacting the Council and are encouraged to transact through cost effective digital channels.
