Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Thursday

08:30 – 17:00 Friday

To Be Responsible for:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Processing orders by telephone and email
  • Handling customer requests and enquiries
  • Responsibility of looking after the Sales@ inbox
  • Raising sales quotations
  • Managing the correspondence between the field sales team and their clients
  • Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Invoicing of all despatch notes on a daily basis
  • Scanning of all despatch notes
  • Maintaining good customer relations
  • Any tasks to benefit the smooth running of the office
