Job Description: A global engineering company based close to Angel station (N1) is seeking a Team Administrator, paying up to £25,000 + a benefits package, to join their small, fast paced team.

The role will involve all aspects of the office administration and will help to support the on-site engineers and well as the wider team and the CEO. You will be booking travel, making hotel bookings, expenses, managing the office meeting rooms and ordering catering, filing, maintaining office supplies and managing vendors as well as much more. This will be a very dynamic role, where you will play an integral part of the business. You will be acting as the go to person in the office.

The company are looking for a highly organised candidate with experience in office administration, having booked travel and and logged expenses before. You will have a "can-do attitude", as the role will be working within a small office everyone pitches in wherever needed. An excellent eye for detail, you will have the ability to multitask - prioritising throughout the working day. Working knowledge Microsoft office suit is a must as you will be using various programmes, word/ excel/ outlook as well and the companies internal CRM system on a daily basis.

You will liaise with the service manager, workshop, spares & engineers and other sites when necessary. You will keep all systems up to date and organised. Any experience of scheduling engineers’ diaries is also desired.

The Role:

Job Description: We are looking to offer an administration based role to an enthusiastic individual who wants to make their mark in an energetic established team. Position: Administrator – Helpdesk Department
Salary: £22,440 (Not negotiable)

Hours: Weekly rotation: 8am-4pm/ 9am-5pm (Not negotiable)

Reports to: Operations Administration Manager

* Logging of calls and schedule call outs to Engineers and Sub Contractors
* Liaising with Engineers/Sub Contractors to receive ETAs for calls/callouts

* Raising purchase orders and sending information to appropriate Engineer
* Oversee Engineers’ reports, ensuring they are completed and filled out correctly

* Management of staff uniform and tool allocation

* Previous experience in liaising with Clients/Engineers/Sub-Contractors is an advantage
* Previous experience in raising purchase orders and oversee reports
