Job Description: A global engineering company based close to Angel station (N1) is seeking a Team Administrator, paying up to £25,000 + a benefits package, to join their small, fast paced team.

The role will involve all aspects of the office administration and will help to support the on-site engineers and well as the wider team and the CEO. You will be booking travel, making hotel bookings, expenses, managing the office meeting rooms and ordering catering, filing, maintaining office supplies and managing vendors as well as much more. This will be a very dynamic role, where you will play an integral part of the business. You will be acting as the go to person in the office.

The company are looking for a highly organised candidate with experience in office administration, having booked travel and and logged expenses before. You will have a "can-do attitude", as the role will be working within a small office everyone pitches in wherever needed. An excellent eye for detail, you will have the ability to multitask - prioritising throughout the working day. Working knowledge Microsoft office suit is a must as you will be using various programmes, word/ excel/ outlook as well and the companies internal CRM system on a daily basis.

Job Description: Hire Controller (Service Coordinator)

Coventry

Monday to Friday

£25,000 to £35,000 per annum + 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Hire Controller required for a growing manufacturer and service company. This is a new role created due to growth and a good opportunity to join a busy and successful office.

The role will suit candidates who have experience of coordinating a hire desk within a plant hire/tool hire business or similar. Other transferable backgrounds include people with parts management or hands on workshop engineering experience with the desire to move towards an office based role.

The role will involve managing and coordinating a service desk. You will be 100% office based and be responsible for fielding customer calls, taking orders and booking spares and manpower in and out.

You will liaise with the service manager, workshop, spares & engineers and other sites when necessary. You will keep all systems up to date and organised. Any experience of scheduling engineers’ diaries is also desired.

The company are well established in their industry and have recently merged to form a larger business offering R & D, design, manufacture, sales and installation services.

The Role:

* Booking in/Booking out equipment.
* Communicating with customers, workshop managers and engineers.
* Taking charge of all systems to monitor hired plant.
* Managing breakdown calls when required.
* Ordering parts as needed.
* 100% office based.

The Hire Controller:

* Experienced hire desk controller within the plant/tool hire industry.
* Those from a parts management background are also encouraged to apply.
