Job Description: What does your office smell like?

Stay with us…

If it doesn’t smell like cocoa, then maybe you’re in the wrong job. Imagine a chocolatey aroma every day… what’s not to love?

You won’t be on the production line making the chocolate, but you’ll be an integral part of how the brand is perceived and customer satisfaction.

Don’t be tricked by the job title on this one, this isn’t a run of the mill customer service position. You’ll be responsible for the full customer lifecycle from order through to cash process. A mini account manager if you will.

Your resilient nature and diplomacy in the most trying of circumstances means you’ll be able to handle all enquiries and manage them through to finding the quickest (and best) resolution. Sometimes the quicker option isn’t best though, but you’ll be savvy and confident enough to know what is right.

If you don’t know, you’ll have the back up of your team leaders and advice and help whenever you ask. This is a team, after all.

Of course, you’ll be working towards KPIs and ensuring everything is in line with the best interests of everyone involved, but with an inclusive workplace and excellent training and coaching, you’ll be able to tackle any problem that might surface.

You will get £23,935.00 (to be precise) and have 26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, so there’s plenty of ‘you time’ to be had… to enjoy your free chocolate.

Give us a call, send us an email, LinkedIn connection or whatever you find easiest – all our details are on the OX Seven website. We’re all ears and love to chat. If you’ve got an up to date CV then pop it in the portal

Job Description: Are your events the knickerbocker glory with an extra cherry type events, or a vanilla ice cream without the pods?

Sometimes it’s alright to be confident in your abilities.

When you put on an event, your clients and attendees love them - but why wouldn’t they? You worked hard to hit the brief perfectly and still managed to put your own spin on it. You pull things off that haven’t been done before and push the boundaries of what people expect.

You’re used to being the main senior point of contact for your events and are used to running a lot of them throughout the year; you love nothing more than being busy, and certainly will be here as there’ll be as many as 200 to manage.

You’ll be controlling things from driving experiences to kit bookings, from proposal writing to keeping a close eye on the budget, as well as managing the hotline for your clients to get in contact with their requests; so, experience in this area would be great.

It goes without saying that you’ll be on top of your game when it comes to organisation, spinning multiple plates at once and getting your hands dirty. One of the questions I will be asking anyone interested in this position is for evidence of managing large event programmes for a large network of clients, just as a heads up.

Sometimes you’ll be working in a large team, including in-house and freelance staff, and sometimes you’ll be working on your own, so enjoying your own company and singing to yourself will be required from time to time.

Last, but by no means least, I need to let you know that the first thing I’ll look for in any application is your event agency background, as this is a need to have for the role. And if you have automotive event agency experience too, it will certainly stand you in good stead since this is what you’ll be doing day to day here.

You will get a salary of £26k – £32k, a good amount of ‘you’ time with the 25 holiday days on top of your 8 bank holidays. Being in events, there will be some travel within the UK and overseas from time to time and some evening and weekend work required; however the majority of the work will be office based.

Let’s have a chat about it. You can send me a connection and a message on LinkedIn (Dan Beecher), or you can send me your CV through the portal. If you’re a talker, my number is on our website
