The Company

A regional contractor that specialise in social housing schemes up to 60-70 units per site. The teams are smaller on site and you will get to work in a less pressurised environment that working for one of the big house builders.

The Project

A new £6 million+ design & build social housing residential scheme made up of houses and apartments.

The Role

As on of the Handyman/Handyperson on the project you will be responsible for:

Working under the supervision and management of the Assistant Site Manager.
Working on the Residential homes completing snagging and other jobs on site
Assisting other trades as well as completing your own work.
Completing all jobs within the resi builds.
Must have a broad knowledge of all trades in order to complete each task.

Please note there is no welfare responsibilities involved in this role.

About You

You will need a current and valid CSCS card either Green or Blue.
An excessive amount of experience, previous Handyman/Handyperson experience is essential for this role.
Can do attitude (the site team are nice and really look after people that want to work for their money).
Short Term work
Must have own tools in order to complete tasks on site.
2x brilliant references from previous employers.
A car is a must to carry your own tools etc.

A Non negotiable pay rate (PAYE or Umbrella)
