Our client requires an enthusiastic individual to join the team in Cardiff.

They are looking for a SharePoint Administrator for a number of Microsoft Office 365 deployments to support growing pipeline of activity. The candidate is required to have a mixture of SharePoint and O365 experience in order to deliver a range of products & solutions within the Microsoft O365 Product Suite to our customers.

This role is a delivery focused role working with the Senior Consultants within the company to deliver O365 products to the clients. Whilst this role is predominantly SharePoint focused as the solutions integrate with several core Microsoft Products this candidate will need to have experience in the following areas.

Core Skills Required:

• SharePoint – Experienced at SharePoint Administration, creating and configuring new sites, adding document libraries, creating and configuring lists and forms and setting up permission groups.

• O365 – Experience of setting up and support Office 365 application including email, calendars, file sharing and other collaboration tools within the product suite.

• Power BI – Experience of setting up and modifying Power BI reports utilizing data held in SharePoint and other Microsoft O365 products such as Project Online and Azure.

The candidate will meet the below minimal experience:

• 5+ year’s experience of SharePoint front end configuration and administration.

• 3+ year’s experience of Office Products and O365 services.

• 1+ year’s experience of Power BI / similar reporting tool

• Experience of managing user access and permissions

On site are a number of senior consultants available to provide training and support to the candidate. The ideal candidate will have Microsoft Certifications in support of their skillsets and experience.

This role will be primarily based from Cardiff, however may require some travel and accommodation which will be fully expensed.

The objective of this role is to recruit an experienced Infrastructure SQL Server Engineer, to provide 3rd Line support for business as usual activities. The protection arm of the business is looking to expand and are now interviewing for new recruits! Current staff enjoy fantastic lead flow & brand backing, coupled with employee benefits and a high uncapped commission scheme.

Person:

* Previous experience of telephone-based or face to face, advising on a wide range of Life or Protection insurance products is essential.

* Experience of working towards ambitious sales targets.

* Exceptional customer service.

* Computer literate.

* Qualification in R05 desirable.

Role:

As a employed or self-employed Life Insurance (Both options available) and Protection Sales Adviser, you will be responsible for providing best practice advice to a broad range of customers looking to receive information or quotations about a variety of life insurance products.
