What you'll do

•Lead and motivate your team, in accordance with our Leadership and Company Principles
•Create an environment where your colleagues can do their best work
•Delegate tasks and solve problems swiftly
•Lead your store in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations including the monitoring of store figures
•Keep on top of freshness, inventory and stock management, and cash processes to ensure shifts run smoothly
•Keep everything tidy and clean, on the shop floor and behind the scenes
•Ensuring and providing excellent customer service throughout the store

•Experience of leading a sizable team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment

As a Customer Assistant at Lidl, no shift is the same and you get out what you put in. Starting at 5am some days to set up the store bakery for the day or finishing at 11pm on others to close the store and ensure the store is ready for another day of customers, you'll keep moving and keep business booming. Every day is different, so you won't just be working deliveries or working on the till; you'll be doing all of it and more. You could even train to be a freshness specialist, non-food specialist or a bakery specialist. It's your hard graft that puts food onto dinner tables and keeps our customers coming back.

Our Customer Assistants work together as a team to ensure their store is clean, tidy and well-ordered so that customers can get the products they love and need. You'll be part of a close-knit team who will soon become friends. Shifts include the weekends, but whether you have family commitments, are studying or have an extraordinary hobby, we make sure our rotas are available 3 weeks in advance so you can get the most out of your days off. We’re recruiting for a Resource Planning, Forecasting & Delivery Manager with demonstrable end to end Resource Planning experience within contact centres experience for a highly specialist business area within our clients Customer Services Directorate.

An able and hands-on leader of Planning Teams you’ll be proficient at building excel based models for forecasting demand in a multi-channel environment, and a seasoned user of supporting technologies (WFM and Telephony). Alongside the development of existing forecasting, scheduling and real time functions you’ll play a key role in assessing the impact and productivity on improvement projects within the customer service function with a keen eye and passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.

This is an interesting and broad scope role for a Resource Planning Manager with the ability to lead teams, engage and influence across a broad stakeholder population, and make a tangible impact into the enhancement of the customer experience via effective planning and resource utilisation processes.

The position provides compensation of £45’000 - £50’000 + Bonus + Superb Benefits Package and is located in Cardiff

Key Role Purpose & Responsibilities for the Resource Planning, Forecasting & Delivery Manager include;

* Take overall accountability for the Planning team to deliver superior ‘end to end’ resource planning across a multi-channel function

* Create new, and evaluate existing medium to long-term Forecast models (within Excel) that provide detailed views on demand, fte planning and account for seasonality

* Ensure SLA’s are achieved by providing robust and adaptive operational plans and business insight

* Enhance the scheduling and real time processes and functionality to ensure optimal resource utilisation and management of adherence and service level ‘protection’.

* Provide, distribute and explain meaningful MI Data providing insight and actionable decision making

* Analyse the variances between the forecast demand and resource availability to ensure accuracy of the demand profile and utilisation of resource being scheduled

What Have You Done Before? What Do You Need to Demonstrate?

Interested applicants will have demonstrable experience of a Forecast modelling within Excel, have broad know-how across Real Time and Scheduling within a contact centre, and be a solid operator with WFM and Telephony systems.

Key Skills & Experience Will Include

* Knowledge of complex Forecasting, Scheduling and Intraday Management in a multi-channel contact centre

* Solid experience with WFM tools and ideally exposure to Back Office Planning

* Ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate a team of Analysts

Salary, holidays and staff benefits
The financial package offered will be commensurate with the experience of the person appointed.

All teachers are eligible for membership of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme. Salaries are above state sector pay scales and all teachers have an annual appraisal referenced against the Teachers’ Standards England 2012 and the Post Threshold Standards. The school day is slightly longer than in the state sector, however the school holidays are significantly more generous. Our client requires an enthusiastic individual to join the team in Cardiff.

They are looking for a SharePoint Administrator for a number of Microsoft Office 365 deployments to support growing pipeline of activity. The candidate is required to have a mixture of SharePoint and O365 experience in order to deliver a range of products & solutions within the Microsoft O365 Product Suite to our customers.

This role is a delivery focused role working with the Senior Consultants within the company to deliver O365 products to the clients. Whilst this role is predominantly SharePoint focused as the solutions integrate with several core Microsoft Products this candidate will need to have experience in the following areas.

Core Skills Required:

• SharePoint – Experienced at SharePoint Administration, creating and configuring new sites, adding document libraries, creating and configuring lists and forms and setting up permission groups.

• O365 – Experience of setting up and support Office 365 application including email, calendars, file sharing and other collaboration tools within the product suite.

• Power BI – Experience of setting up and modifying Power BI reports utilizing data held in SharePoint and other Microsoft O365 products such as Project Online and Azure.

The candidate will meet the below minimal experience:

• 5+ year’s experience of SharePoint front end configuration and administration.

• 3+ year’s experience of Office Products and O365 services.

• 1+ year’s experience of Power BI / similar reporting tool

• Experience of managing user access and permissions

On site are a number of senior consultants available to provide training and support to the candidate. The ideal candidate will have Microsoft Certifications in support of their skillsets and experience.

This role will be primarily based from Cardiff, however may require some travel and accommodation which will be fully expensed.

The role of the Business Improvement Consultant is to manage, deliver and embed process improvement and change projects that have an impact on Client & Customer Operations and which support the business strategies - including the planning, scheduling, controlling and reporting of project activities.

Your duties will include:

* Define, re-engineer and analyse services and systems, ensuring details are fully documented and recommendations for business requirements, process improvements and changes to the area are captured.

* Influence and obtain agreement to proceed with improvements from the appropriate Senior Managers

* Project manages initiatives and events to agreed objectives and budget.

You will have:

* Good understanding of System Thinking methodology

* Good understanding of Lean business improvement activities

* Experience of contributing to strategies for continuous improvement across a significantly sized business

* Experience of applying System Thinking and Lean methodology with evidence of demonstrable improvements delivered

* Experience of Stakeholder Management across all levels

* Experience in leading projects involving technical process and system elements

* Experience of training other continuous improvement colleagues in System Thinking and Lean methodology
