An able and hands-on leader of Planning Teams you’ll be proficient at building excel based models for forecasting demand in a multi-channel environment, and a seasoned user of supporting technologies (WFM and Telephony). Alongside the development of existing forecasting, scheduling and real time functions you’ll play a key role in assessing the impact and productivity on improvement projects within the customer service function with a keen eye and passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.

This is an interesting and broad scope role for a Resource Planning Manager with the ability to lead teams, engage and influence across a broad stakeholder population, and make a tangible impact into the enhancement of the customer experience via effective planning and resource utilisation processes.

The position provides compensation of £45’000 - £50’000 + Bonus + Superb Benefits Package and is located in Cardiff

Key Role Purpose & Responsibilities for the Resource Planning, Forecasting & Delivery Manager include;

* Take overall accountability for the Planning team to deliver superior ‘end to end’ resource planning across a multi-channel function

* Create new, and evaluate existing medium to long-term Forecast models (within Excel) that provide detailed views on demand, fte planning and account for seasonality

* Ensure SLA’s are achieved by providing robust and adaptive operational plans and business insight

* Enhance the scheduling and real time processes and functionality to ensure optimal resource utilisation and management of adherence and service level ‘protection’.

* Provide, distribute and explain meaningful MI Data providing insight and actionable decision making

* Analyse the variances between the forecast demand and resource availability to ensure accuracy of the demand profile and utilisation of resource being scheduled

What Have You Done Before? What Do You Need to Demonstrate?

Interested applicants will have demonstrable experience of a Forecast modelling within Excel, have broad know-how across Real Time and Scheduling within a contact centre, and be a solid operator with WFM and Telephony systems.

Key Skills & Experience Will Include

* Knowledge of complex Forecasting, Scheduling and Intraday Management in a multi-channel contact centre

* Solid experience with WFM tools and ideally exposure to Back Office Planning

The ability to offer a second subject for KS3/4 may be an advantage. Salary, holidays and staff benefits
The financial package offered will be commensurate with the experience of the person appointed.

All teachers are eligible for membership of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme. Salaries are above state sector pay scales and all teachers have an annual appraisal referenced against the Teachers’ Standards England 2012 and the Post Threshold Standards. The school day is slightly longer than in the state sector, however the school holidays are significantly more generous. Teachers wishing to have their children educated at the school (subject to places being available and the child/ren satisfying the normal entry criteria) receive a considerable remission on the fees, and all staff are provided with lunch daily, free of charge. The objective of this role is to recruit an experienced Infrastructure SQL Server Engineer, to provide 3rd Line support for business as usual activities. The post holder will need to respond to service requests and incidents after being provided with a brief explanation of the background of the service in need of support.

The successful candidate will be required to:

* Develop, maintain and initiate relationships with customers and suppliers, where appropriate provide them with expert advice, guidance and support. Attend and represent NWIS at various National and Welsh NHS Steering and User Groups and where required to both present and interpret complex IT and clinical/business systems. Plan, prepare & carry out complex business & technical presentations to user groups, senior NHS managers & Welsh Assembly Government.

* Provide support and advice for existing SQL Server deployments.

* Work with design team to ensure effective implementation and acceptance into service of new systems.

* As part of SQL Server implementations, work with the NWIS Service Management team to ensure that the appropriate ITIL based Service Management processes are in place to support the new service, once live.

* To attend, Service Level Agreement and Operation Service Agreement meetings with the NWIS Service Management team and customers. To provide service based metrics for these meetings, evaluate customer feedback and schedule action plans accordingly.

Skills and Experience

* The successful candidate will have experience of the following technologies.

* Extensive experience implementing and managing SQL Server Standard & Enterprise (2012 – 2019)

* Extensive experience of implementing and managing Database High Availability & Disaster Recovery technologies (Always On Availability Groups, Mirroring and Log shipping)

* Extensive experience of detailed monitoring and diagnostic techniques across both Windows Server and SQL server.

* Extensive experience of identifying and remedying performance bottlenecks from fragmented indexes to poorly structured application demand.

* Extensive experience of database maintenance.

* Experience of Backup methodologies and principles for hundreds of SQL Instances.

* Experience of DML query optimisation.

* Experience of database replication.

Experience of the following technologies would be beneficial:-

* Storage: 3PAR San Storage Management

* Virtualisation: VmWare & Hyper V

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading finance intermediary brokers. Our client is looking to expand their already successful company and are looking for trainee mortgage advisors to join their team.

Ideally, you will have a sales experience and eyes on a career within financial services and mortgages. Our client is looking for people who are keen to learn and will offer the CeMap qualification as a part of the training scheme.

The role of the trainee is to market the company and actively establish a network of mortgage brokers and independent financial advisors, generating customer referrals and driving business revenue by building strong relationships with external business partners and working under supervision to ensure successful progression and passing the probation period.

The trainee advisor will be required to apply sales techniques to promote and sell the companies services. You must be able to build good relationships with potential clients and maintain those relationships.

The ideal candidate must have experience in handling high volume outbound calls in an office environment, have previous sales experience and meeting KPIs. The client is offering a salary of £17,000 - £20,000 including bonus and commission. This is a role that offers progression and is achievable within a 6 month period.
