As an apprentice, you will receive training from industry professionals in one of Curtiss-Wright's key segments: Industrial, Sensors and Controls or Defense. The Challenge

We are looking for passionate Support Workers to work in out 3 bedded specialist residential home for adults with learning disabilities. These individuals will have complex needs and/or needs associated with the Autistic Spectrum and are looking for people who are fun, engaging and motivating to spend their time with!

The Role:

You will help to deliver a service that meets the physical, social and emotional needs of each resident in a respectful and dignifying way. Your duties will include supporting our residents with domestic duties, shopping, preparing and cooking meals and assisting in fun activities in and around the house and community! A key part of your role will be to ensure our residents are as independent as possible and assisting with their learning of daily life skills. The role may also include personal care such as assisting with washing, toileting and dressing.
