Administrator or Information Asset Owner to provide suppo rt for the control and
administration of information assets within their area/department (details available on
the Health Informatics web page)
 To provide cover as required during absence of colleagues

Salary: £27,373.50 – £28,927 per annum (£14.03 – £14.83 per hour) -plus enhancements for nights and weekends – negotiable depending on your experience

Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available – you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours or 37.5 hours)

Further Details : An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified or experienced RMN or RNLD, to work within fantastic Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery Hospital situated in Darlington, The Hospital has excellent bus links to all local services. The Hospital provides specialist inpatient care for people, of adult working age, with mental health needs who present with complex needs and behaviours that challenge, in a safe and supportive environment. The hospital has 73 beds across five wards delivering individual treatment programmes for:

High dependency rehabilitation for both males and females with challenging and complex needs
Two Specialist DBT treatment units for female personality disorder
Mixed 24/7 acute admission, assessment and treatment unit which also provides an inpatient detox service
We also have a small community step-down house in Darlington town centre, for males with challenging and complex needs
Service Details: The Hospital has a Good CQC rating across all areas. They have a very positive and supportive work environment with a brilliant long-standing team. The have a very low staff turnover and staff morale is very high. They are very big on staff development and training. They have an extremely high staff to patient ratio. The service has an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.

Shifts : The Service can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts. They are happy to consider fixed shift patterns and they are happy to consider nurses who prefer working days only or nights only. Their shift pattern is 7.30am – 8pm (days) and 7.30pm – 8am (nights) and you will receive 2 hour break. Please state if you have any preferences on your hours and/or shift pattern in your application.

Location : The Service is very easily accessed by car. They are a 2 minute walk from a local bus stop down one straight road. They have free parking on site. Many employees cycle to work

An experienced Planning Engineer to work in Billingham in our client's Overhauls Team, managing and delivering the preparations and execution phases for the mini, midi and major overhauls carried out on site.

The Site is a high-hazard, top-tier COMAH site and has a flowsheet of 214K Tonnes of Methyl Methacrylate per annum.

In this role you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the preparation phases for each mini, midi and major overhaul, and ensuring the work packages are adequately developed for major tasks.

You will also specify and package work for specialist contracts and tightly control any variations to agreed budget and schedules.

A key aspect of the role will be to identify, develop and deliver improvement opportunities for planned events.

During the execution phase of these events you will act as the Planning Engineer to ensure the smooth execution of the event to meet the required SHE, Quality, Cost and Duration KPI's.

This is a varied role which requires a high degree of interaction with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, therefore the ability to effectively communicate and influence is key.

As this role will be coordinating multiple events at any one time, a high degree of organisation and planning are essential as well as project management skills.

The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with a broad experience of chemical plant-based maintenance/work management and engineering, ideally on a top tier COMAH site.

A thorough understanding of all combinations of trade disciplines is essential, as well as experience of working closely with contract organisations.

Job Description: A Fabric Engineer opportunity has become available, to join a large facilities management organisation, based on a client site in Stockton-on-Tees. This is a great role in which you can gain further experience within Building Fabric engineering, and work along side a multiskilled team, increasing your engineering knowledge and exposure. Re-lamping
General plumbing, water temperature checks (L8)
Fabric and furniture repairs
General building repairs and redecoration
Carry out minor office re locations and assist in larger office moves
Management of grounds maintenance sub-contractors
Cleaning of external smoke / cycle shelters (e.g. power wash)
External drainage maintenance
Assisting Technicians on '2 person' activities
Assisting with supervision of sub-contractors
Setting up of meeting rooms – control of AV equipment, screens and conference phones (if applicable)
Setting up for business and third-party vendor events Required:

Maintenance/ Handy person skills/ background
Multiskilled – ability or willingness to turn your hand to most fabric duties
