Here at Health-on-Line we’re looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. Our IT team consists of nearly 60 talented individuals who support, manage, develop and test our bespoke IT systems which are all built in-house – something we are very proud of! You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The team typically work a 35 week and we have a flexible working pattern around the core hours of 9am to 5pm with ability to work from home on occasion. The department also enjoys regular social and charity events.  

As our Test Automation Engineer you will be responsible for testing key software applications to meet business requirements, as well as building and maintaining test automation suites for software and systems to detect faults and keep a record of any defects and bugs that are discovered. As part of the development team you’ll discuss any problems that occur and track the success of solutions put in place. We rely heavily on verbal communication and working side by side with the developers so strong communication skills are key.

Skills, knowledge and behaviour required of our Test Automation Engineer:

- A strong background in test automation at a UI and API level 

- End to end software development life cycle experience 

- Sound working knowledge of software development approaches such as TDD and BDD

- You must have experience in building and maintaining automated test suites in enterprise applications 

- With a heavy focus on collaborative work, you will need to work extremely well in a team 

- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues 

- Passionate about improving quality within applications as well as individual improvement

Desirable skills;

- Performance Testing 

- Security Testing 

- GIT & understanding of branch management 

- Experience using Azure DevOps & Azure Portal  

- ISTQB, CSQA or CSTE qualified, or qualified to degree level in a technical related subject

The technologies, tools and frameworks we are currently working with are listed below, and we would like our next Test Automation Engineer to have experience in as many of these areas as possible.  

- C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, RESTful, WCF, Angular 

- SpecFlow, Selenium, Protractor, JMeter 

- SQL Server 2016 

- TDD, Continuous delivery, Automated testing, Unit testing frameworks, IOC 

- Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) 

- Commercial Azure experience, Azure DevOps/TFS, Git

Experience working in agile teams using a SCRUM methodology would be advantageous.

As our Head of Compliance Monitoring you will lead the UK Compliance monitoring program for Vitality and supporting Executive Management and the UK Group Compliance Director. You will be independently running the compliance monitoring framework, allowing the Group Compliance Director to oversee the group compliance function.

Responsibilities as our Head of Compliance Monitoring include:

- Develop and deliver an annual risk based Compliance monitoring and oversight plan which focuses on Conduct

- Maintain a comprehensive Compliance Risk Universe

- Undertake and manage robust risk based compliance assurance reviews and oversight activities to deliver to Senior Management

- Manage, coach and support the Compliance Monitoring Team for the successful delivery of the annual monitoring and oversight plan

- Support the Group Compliance Director in developing a robust co-ordinated, consistent and effective compliance monitoring

- Develop high quality, succinct, timely, and accurate compliance monitoring and oversight reports

- Liaise with key stakeholders in the business to effectively track, manage and report on open, closed and overdue actions

- Develop monthly and quarterly management information on all monitoring and oversight activities, risks and issues

- Regularly liaise with 1st, other 2nd Line and 3rd Line functions to disseminate compliance activities and understand business needs.

To become our Head of Compliance Monitoring, you will have the below skills and experience:

- Degree educated

- Compliance qualifications to equivalent standard

- Relevant compliance experience required

- Excellent working knowledge of FCA regulations, and preferably experience of dealing directly with the regulator

- Extensive experience working in insurance and investment essential, including operating at a senior level

- Strong attention to detail essential, in addition to flexibility and diligence

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent relationship management skills to Board level (Ambassadorial Approach)

- Has an evidential, strategic and tactical approach

- Strong influencing and persuasive skills to an Executive level

Job Description: We’re looking for a part time Family Worker and a part time Recovery Navigator to join our REACH community team based in North Dorset. These roles are both 17.5 hours per week so we are also happy to consider applications for both roles as a single full time position (35 hours per week).

As a Family Worker, your focus will be on supporting families through a variety of bespoke interventions whilst assertively engaging the ‘whole family’ in a wide range of specialist and holistic community support and activities. The role covers a broad range of elements of support from light-touch advice and information to the delivery of one to one and group programmes, designed to bring about positive and measurable changes in health and wellbeing for the whole household. Family Workers use a strength-based approach and are expected to provide specialist training, advice and information to other dedicated children and family workers to support identification and best practice when working with substance misusing parents.

As a Recovery Navigator, you’ll be responsible for working with and motivating service users to engage in the recovery programmes we offer in Dorset. Our service welcomes people at any stage in their recovery journey, and our Recovery Navigators deliver an integrated service through the provision of comprehensive and ongoing assessment, recovery planning, appropriate referral/linkage and psychosocial interventions. In this role, day to day duties will involve you delivering a range of interventions including key-working, strengths based assessment, recovery planning, and structured group and 1:1 work.

What we’re looking for
For both roles, we’re looking for someone with previous experience in a similar field or environment. You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills and will be confident in managing your own priorities in order to carry a diverse workload with competing demands. A qualification in a relevant area such as Nursing, Health and Social Care, Community Development or Psychology, whilst not essential, would be an advantage.

For the Family Worker role, the ideal candidate will have some experience working with families/carers. For the Recovery Worker role, experience of group working and group dynamics is key, and you’ll need to be able to demonstrate competent group facilitation skills. In both roles you’ll need to be comfortable dealing with the emotional content of sessions and constructively challenging the behaviours you see. Some knowledge and understanding of mental health issues would also be helpful.

Just as importantly, you’ll have a genuine interest in the understanding of substance misuse problems and a positive recovery focused attitude. You’ll be keen to develop professionally and will demonstrate a high level of integrity and enthusiasm.

In this role you will support the execution of business acceptance and change validation throughout the change lifecycle to ensure that the business’ wants and needs have been accurately interpreted.

Responsibilities as our Business Change Validation Analyst include:

– Understand the scope and context of functional and feature based releases being delivered through projects and Product enhancements

– Identify and document user-based scenarios to support definition of the user testing scope

– Work closely with Business users in determining the end to end processes to be tested

– Define which scenarios may be automated due to simplicity and repetition

– Define which scenarios require exploratory testing to validate any change has not caused wider issues or defects than anticipated 

– Define which scenarios require scripting to support users in their execution and recording results against each script

– Support test execution wholly throughout the lifecycle, both through doing and through acting as Test SME to the business users

– Complete Defect Error reporting and publish to key stakeholders as agreed

– Participate in Defect Triage and tracking of progress of defects for traceability

– Review and critically analyse relevant documentation to ensure acceptance criteria expectations are met in terms

Skills and Experience required of our Business Change Validation Analyst:

Essential

– Educated to at least “A” levels

– ISEB / ISTQB Foundation certificate in Software Testing

– Experience of testing software from a user’s perspective – functions and features that could be gained through a project or as a user

– A broad understanding of Testing approaches and methodologies

– Strong numerical and analytical skills

Desirable

– Experience of using tools such as Jira, QTest, SQL

– Experience of defining testing criteria, developing test scripts and running testing across range of platforms and channels

– A broad understanding of software development practices such as BDD, TDD

– A broad understanding of agile methodology and practices (Scrum, Kanban)

– Experience of working within the Health Insurance sector.

Your Role:

Manage and provide cover by renewal date to meet your client needs. Being organised, efficient and dedicated to your clients, you handle all renewal details on their behalf.
Assist your clients with queries as required, confirm cover with the insurers, process policies and chase up outstanding documentation when required.
Manage all account queries and credit control matters, highlighting any concerns to account managers on time.Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Having worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA's.
Worked in teams servicing both clients and colleagues
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to negotiate hard.
Excellent attention to detail and dedicated customer service focus
Risk awareness with strong planning
Analytical skills along with accuracy
Cert CII qualified
Eligible to work in the UK
