Our client based in Dunstable are a global supplier, selling products and solutions in more than 100 countries and employing nearly 6000 employees worldwide. We have an opportunity for a Customer Care Administrator to join their Customer Care team working in a high- volume call centre environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and pivot table experience.

Responsibilities Customer Care Administrator:

Processing requests for installations, cancellations and movements of rental equipment in accordance with Service Level Agreements
Processing requests for repairs, decontaminations and servicing of equipment
Respond to requests for customer activity reports
Investigating queries and complaints and take appropriate action to ensure successful resolution
Create a PowerPoint dashboard based on Customer Satisfaction Survey results, to be distributed on a monthly basis to the Rental, Supply Chain and Service Managers
Maintain the cover planner for all areas and cascade to the Customer Care teams
Set up and amending of customer account details
Reception cover as and when required along with any other adhoc admin task
Provide telephone support as and when required
Complete detailed analytical work within the team Skills / Experience:

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or other relevant administration role
Fast and accurate typing skills
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
High level of attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
SAP knowledge would be an advantage
Ability to work in a high- volume environment and remain calm under pressure
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player
A thorough and methodical approach to your work
Ability to work to deadlines in a highly target driven environment to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
Strong Excel including pivot tables
