Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION

ICT teacher required for an "outstanding" school in West London. The school are looking for a ICT teacher who can teach ICT across Key Stages 3 and 4 and ideally Key Stage 5 as well. The post is to start in ASAP or after the February half term break, the post will be offered on a full time basis. The school has a fantastic ICT/Computing faculty and it is well resourced and has excellent facilities. The school are keen to interview teachers as soon as possible.

Person Specification

You will need to hold a recognised teaching qualification in the UK, to include QTS (or an appropriate overseas qualification leading to obtaining QTS)
The school are keen to hear from experienced teachers, especially at Key Stages 4 & 5, if you have had experience teaching a range of syllabus on the National Curriculum then that would be an advantage.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a mixed ability secondary comprehensive school and can demonstrate the ability to differentiate lessons accordingly.
Confidence in your ability to plan, prepare and deliver lessons for mixed ability pupils at GCSE's and also A levels (not essential)
Enthusiastic about sports and how this promtes healthy lifestyles
Ability to deliver a range of sports disciplines and to work in skilled team
A good team player, who has a can do attitude and sense of humour
Ambitious and driven
