KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is 80% hands-on dev/architecture (Node, React, AWS, CICD) and 20%, strategy, managing (3rd party agency management, a small team of 2 in tech). Over the year, they will be involved in more strategy & team management.

Required know-how

* Confident working with Nodejs or C#, React, Lambda, AWS, Restful API

* Full-stack experience - Eye for good UI

* Deep knowledge of the AWS stack (security, networking & serverless)

* Follower of Agile, TDD, Best coding and architectural principles

* Pragmatic, ambitious and aspirations of leading and managing a fast-growing tech team

Senior PPC Manager

Location: London or REMOTE / HOME WORKING

The Senior PPC (Pay Per Click) Manager will be responsible for the strategy and day to day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on gross profit growth.

Key Responsibilities include exploring opportunities and facilitating campaigns through all available PPC marketing channels.

PPC Manager Responsibilities

* Deliver efficient and profitable digital marketing campaigns (predominantly through PPC).

Overall Purpose:
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Corporate Partnerships Officer to grow our corporate fundraising portfolio. You will be joining a small but dynamic team consisting of a Head of Corporate Partnerships, two Corporate Partnerships Managers and another Corporate Partnerships Officer. We have achieved significant growth in the past few years, securing a number of high-value partnerships such as Citibank and Swiss Re. The team has a 19/20 target of £2.2 million.
What exactly will I be doing in my new role:
Your work will be split between new business – researching, prospecting and developing new opportunities - and account management; you will also have your own portfolio of partnerships and will support the team to deliver larger partnerships. You will manage engagement activity with our corporate partners including events with schools and mental health lunch and learn seminars. Proactive, results-driven and commercially aware, you will enjoy collaborating with others for the good of the business. Good administrative, organisational skills and strong written skills are essential.
This is an existing role within the corporate partnerships team and is essential in supporting the growth of the team.
The successful candidate will:
* Be qualified to degree level or equivalent
* Possess demonstrable experience of working in a corporate partnerships or fundraising role, or relevant experience/ transferable skills

You will work with the Head of Individual Giving, Philanthropy and Special Events to strategically lead and develop a 3-5-year plan for the Individual Giving programme. * Proven track record of managing an Individual Giving programme (direct mail and digital)

* Seasoned with the complexities of data, migration, legacy platforms in this market

Well established Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy specialising in Building Surveying and Project Management Services, advising commercial property occupiers, developers and owners throughout the UK.

They have begun to build up the Building Surveying services in London and are starting to build a number of specialist teams to develop the relationships with key clients and other parts of the business.

The role of Associate Building Surveyor will include the following main responsibilities:

* > To lead development of a Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters specialism

* > To build a portfolio of key client relationships, both internally and externally, built upon technical expertise and outstanding communication skills

* > To assist in management of more junior members of the team

* > Whilst developing the Party Wall specialism will be a primary focus

* > Ideally the potential candidate will be able to contribute to the wider Building Surveying work of the team, which has a strong professional services bias

To be successful in your application you will meet the following criteria:

* > MRICS

* > Minimum three years' relevant post-qualification experience across a full range of building surveying duties, ideally with a focus on party wall matters, gained within a professional surveying practice

* > Well organised, efficient, using initiative and working to tight deadlines

* > Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with an eye for details, a commitment to excellence and developing strong client relationships

* > Possess a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to follow these through to a satisfactory conclusion

* > Proven IT skills, including high-level Microsoft Word and Excel competencies

* > Flexible, confident and self-motivated with a real desire to deliver excellent customer service
