Our client, a leading Oil and Gas supplier company based in Great Yarmouth are currently seeking an Industrial Services Operative to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will report to the Industrial Service Team Leader.

This is a full time, permanent role.

Job duties include, but aren’t limited to:

* Store and operate Company equipment appropriate to the task and in line with operating and HSSEQ standards, identifying and reporting any defects and replenishing stock levels.

* Ensuring the quality of work meets the expectations of the business and customer requirements.

* Building effective relationships across the business, and continually seeking to improve operations and identify cost savings.

* In partnership with the HSSEQ department, ensure the continuous improvement of safety and environmental performance and compliance to all laws, regulations, industry standards/codes along with Company procedures and work instructions.

* Travelling to customer sites which will include periods of working away from home. A driving licence is therefore essential for the role.

As the Industrial Services Operative, the role will encompass the industrial cleaning of various tanks, vessels, silos and pits for a large customer base.

Ideally, you will have HGV C&E Licence, Counterbalance Forklift 5-10T and extensive knowledge in the maintenance of HPWJ equipment and large industrial vacuum plants.

Our client is a market-leading manufacturer and supplier of environmental protection and safety products for fluid transfer operations within the Oil and Gas industry.

These are exciting times and as part of their ambitious growth plan they are expanding their Great Yarmouth facility and require a Project Manager to oversee the build and deliver the site extension/move project.

The Role

The Project Manager will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the extension and move project within budget, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels in a direct diplomatic way, are essential. An understanding of customer/client requirements is also necessary.

You will have previous knowledge of planning, managing and delivering projects for bespoke products where the parameters are constantly changing.

Key Responsibilities

* To act on clients behalf to manage the specification, layout, procurement and move into a new office & factory extension.

* To be able to operate a CAD system to develop plant & office layouts

* To work from their Great Yarmouth office

* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

* Commercial review of all contractual documentation.

* Developing project scope, goals and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

* Define project tasks and resource requirements

* Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and set deadlines to meet the agreed needs and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

* Perform risk management to identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time

* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects – this will include external third parties of GYBC, Architect, Contractors, Landlord

* Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

* Measure project performance and monitor the work to make sure it is on time and within budget

* Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

* Report progress regularly to management and the client.

* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

* Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.

* Works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).

Qualifications/Requirements

* A proven track record in similar construction projects

* Fostering an environment of teamwork to ensure that the build and move is delivered on time & in budget

* A proven track record of Project Management in an industrial environment ideally with a project management qualification.

* Adapting to an ever changing environment and reacting quickly to meet challenges.

* Good decision making and effective presentation skills.

* Strong team player able to manage independent workload, while coordinating with colleagues.

As an Assistant Leisure Manager, you will work along the Leisure Manager and will be responsible for leading the team to deliver the very best possible care and treatment of guests within the leisure and entertainment activities. You will assist to manage the team by maintaining high standards of guest service and will work as an effective team member along with striving to drive revenue in your department with regards to the paid activities available to guests on park. You will also oversee large swimming pools as well as a spa facility. You will be responsible for looking after and managing large teams as well as health and safety on park.

The Purpose of the role:

* • Leading, coaching, recruiting and training a team of lifeguards, team leaders, cleaners and pool attendants.
• Ensuring all pool areas are operating inline with the companies health and safety policies and procedures, by completing self- audits and policy reviews on a regular basis.

Job Description: Procurement Manager role on offer with a rapidly growing and well-established company. An exciting chance to play a key role in the supply-chain and procurement strategy of an expanding business, with the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a niche industry.

Do you have experience of Procurement or Supply-Chain management? Do you have experience of managing a team?

This well-established company specialises in providing specialist equipment for the offshore industry, supplying some of the world's biggest names from multiple sites across the globe. They have recently seen a period of great expansion and because of high demand for their services, they are looking to bring in a Procurement Manager to join their Management team.

In this role you will be overseeing purchasing activities and strategy for the business, monitoring supplier performance, ensuring equipment is purchased and delivered within business timeframes, auctioning poor supplier performance and ensuring the procurement department is meeting the needs of internal customers. You will also be overseeing the facilities department and ensuring that repairs and maintenance are coordinated properly.

The ideal candidate will have experience purchasing equipment and parts for the offshore energy industry.

* Procurement Manager
* Overseeing purchasing activities and strategy for the business
* Monitoring supplier performance and auctioning poor performance
* Overseeing maintenance coordination by the facilities department
* £38,000 - £40,000 + Training + Medical + 32 Days Holiday

The Person

* Experience of Procurement or Supply-Chain Management
* Experience of managing a team
* CIPS Chartership desirable but not essential
* Understanding of subsea equipment desirable but not essential
