Customer support Specialist

Your new company

An expanding packaging company based in Grimsby, currently £9mill turnover. Provide packaging mainly for beauty products, toiletries etc - customers such as Body Shop, Kheils. They are now starting to do the full process - making the lotions (product), packaging, labelling etc.

Your new role

You will be responsible for sales order processing, taking orders, creating and logging information onto Sage. Working Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm and 7:30am - 3:30pm on Fridays.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, developing existing business by responding promptly to customer requests regarding quotes for products and delivery. Liaising with internal teams to ensure customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently, and to raise awareness of any issues, loss or damage to pre-empt any potential claims.

Key duties will include but are not limited to; checking all orders, arranging stock deliveries, stock checks, creating accurate documentation, monitoring shipment and updating customers. Keeping records up to date in order to efficiently produce reports and statistical information.
