We are offering two days a week which are Mondays and Fridays at 8 hours per day. There is opportunity of overtime on these days or other days during the week.

*Identify, investigate and resolve issues to completion within agreed timeframes and to clients SLA's.
*Manage Escalations to vendors / or professional services when necessary to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
*Support the team on any issues that arise
*Manage, recruit, train and support a Helpdesk team
*Develop regular reports on Helpdesk productivity
*Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams, like product developers

Required Skills & Experience of the successful Helpdesk Manager / Service desk Manager:
*Strong written and spoken communication
*Leadership, mentoring and performance management skills
*Proven technical fixing ability
*Proven experience in working with print management products (software and hardware)
*Excellent call handling
*Experience with Windows servers and workstations.
*Software: uniFLOW, SafeCom, PaperCut, Copitrak (desirable)
*Information management – M-files Therefore, INVU
*Digital imaging eCopy
*E-Maintenance, KPAX, FM Audit (desirable)
