Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual looking for the next step in their career. With over 70 depots worldwide, the company is ever expanding, providing industrial solutions to customers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key Tasks and Duties:
* To provide phone and email support for any Training or Equipment Sales enquires
* To process each relevant enquiry into a sale using Administrate and PayPal (if required) taking accurate records to ensure an efficient service
* Processing the relevant Course information onto the relevant awarding bodies databases to ensure accurate records are produced and maintained
* Maintaining the training diary on Administrate to ensure the correct courses are open at the correct time
* Processing internet orders on the relevant system making sure all parties have received the correct information
* Responding to Customer and Instructor issues in a timely and accurate manner
* Answering queries and issues from the Instructors for Training Centre and Onsite Training courses
* To complete reasonable ad-hoc tasks as appropriate
* Ensuring that the correct Instructor with the correct qualifications are assigned to courses
* Keeping the office environment clean and tidy and suitable to be seen by Customers and visitors attending HQ
* To ensure all End of Day tasks relating to the next day’s Courses are completed
* To attend training courses and company meetings as required
* To maintain effective communication with the Training team and Customers so that all parties are aware of any issues throughout the time of the Training Courses
* To check, process and send out all Cards and Certificates received into the office making sure they are correct sent out to the correct customers
Ideal Candidate:
You will be excellent team player and have excellent analytical skills.
You will be a team player helping in all aspects of the training department.
You will have experience working in an office based role, preferably, doing training or administration.
Salary
Competitive and will depend on experience, £18,000 - £21,000
Hours
Between 8:00am - 17:30pm working an 8 hour shift
