To be successful in these roles you will need:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to a variety of stakeholders throughout the business

• Extensive proven experience of the Microsoft .Net framework, with particular focus on C#

• Experience of Web Services, Web Development and Database development experience (focused on Microsoft technology stack)

• Experience of working within an agile development environment and a passion to deliver best practice in this area

• Ideally a background in software house and / or a financial services environment although this is not essential

Think Recruitment are urgently seeing a Tenant Liaison Officer for a long term position in and around Hereford.

The initial contract is for 6 months, however it is possible that the contract will be extended as this project is for the next year. To start IMMEDIATELY

The Role: This is a mix of office and site based role, you will be work as part of a team tasked with liaising between social housing residents and contractors during construction works. This will include delivering notification of works letters by hand, and visiting residents regularly during the works. There are elements of complaints resolution and claims handling. You will also need to have excellent organisation and administrative qualities as the position will also involve scheduling and planning. You will be part of a busy team and will need to be able to keep up in a fast paced environment and be able to think on your feet. The position is for 5 days a week

Experience Required: Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate recent OR have previous experience ideally in this type of role OR working in a social housing setting. Pay is £12.00 - £14.00 per hour however there may be room for negotiation for the right person. Main purpose of job:
*Responsible for all technical development aspects within the company:

*Design and development of new packaging formats to meet the customer, client and regulatory needs.
*Origination of artwork, packaging and process components
*Maintenance of site material and components specifications database.

Main responsibilities:

*Development and maintenance of the site materials and component specifications including preferred site standards.
*Produce technical drawings and templates to support business and customer needs, this includes but is not limited to packaging and drawings within the scope of the job-holder's capabilities.
*Coordination and approval of customer supplied artwork printers / suppliers proofs
*Drive right first time to deliver a zero defect performance.
*Connect across multiple sites to drive performance.
*To undertake such tasks and to manage specific or ad hoc projects as and when required to meet department and business needs and within the scope of the job-holder's capabilities.

Education/Essential:

*Educated to BTEC HNC in a Technical, Engineering, Packaging or a science subject.
*Proficient utilisation of software packages such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio and a high level of computer literacy.

Desirable skills:
*IOM3 packaging materials qualifications.
*Competent AutoCAD user with the ability to create and modify existing 2D drawings.
*A qualification in AutoCAD Design would be advantageous.
*Competent Adobe Illustrator user with the ability to create and modify existing drawings.

A West Midlands based housing association are recruiting for a Support Advisor to deliver an excellent standard of support and housing management to young people (16-25) to help them to sustain a tenancy and maintain independent living across Hereford.

The Role
The focus of the role is support young people in terms of tenancy sustainment and independent living. This will include:
*Completing support plans and risk assessments, meeting aspirations and objectives of the young persons and supporting them to meet these goals
*Act as a key worker, providing regular practical support to achieve goals and outcomes
*Contribute to service development
*Deliver group sessions to increase life skills for residents - cooking, budgeting, health and wellbeing etc
*Refer to relevant agencies were appropriate
*Manage voids in accordance with voids and allocation procedures
*Maintain electronic and written records
*Complete tenancy inductions for new residents and ensure new residents understand their license agreements
*Maintain regular contact with residents to ensure effective tenancy management

The Candidate
To be considered for these roles, you will require previous experience providing supported housing support, including tenancy management, to young people. It is essential that you are able to drive and have access to a vehicle for work.

The Contract
This is a full time role on an initial 3-month contract, however, this has a strong chance of becoming permanent. The role is full time, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, however, once the role becomes permanent, this will move to a seven-day rota.
