The Position

We are currently recruiting for an experienced White Goods Engineer/Gas Engineer to train as a White Goods/Domestic Appliance Engineer to work in a field based position. You will be based from your home receiving your jobs the night before via laptop. Although you will be provided with a route, you will use your knowledge of the local area to ensure you get to customers quickly an efficiently (avoiding traffic where possible). You will be working in customers homes diagnosing problems and carrying out the repair if possible, aiming for a first time fix every time using tools and equipment provided by the company, ensuring the customer is left happy with the service provided whether the appliance is repaired or not. Upon joining the company you will complete training around electrical repairs of domestic appliances and receive support from trainers and management whilst on the road.

The Candidate

To be considered for the position you must:

Hold a valid gas safe certificates (ideally CCN1 & CKR1)
Have experience/knowledge servicing/installing gas appliances.
Live locally to the Wolverhampton area.
Possess excellent customer service skills.
Hold a Full UK driving licence.

Job Description: Technical Author - MOD - DV
Hereford | 3 Months | £(Apply online only)pd outside IR35

The Technical Author will be producing documentation for the Unified Communications (UC) project required in order to deliver required GFI for the continued development of support documentation (AESPs), to include, but not be limited to:

* Support Task Analysis (STA)
* Work Instructions (WI)
* Knowledge Articles (KA)
* Build Guide
* Supporting Documents
o Low Level Design (LLD)
o Solution Recommendation Document (SRD)
o Security Impact Statement (SIS)
o Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan
o Service Level Agreement (SLA)
o Test Plans
o Test Cases
o Backup Plan

Required Skills
*Must have experience compiling technical documentation to a high quality standard, for use by an audience with a specified level of technical competence & baseline training/experience
*Have experience producing Support Task Analysis (STA), Work Instructions (WI), Build Guide and Supporting Documents
*Must have technical and product knowledge of Microsoft Unified Communications
*Must have technical and product knowledge of Oracle Unified Communications
*Must have technical and product knowledge of Dell Server Hardware
*Must have technical and product knowledge Server Virtualisation with VMware and Hyper-V
*Must have technical and product knowledge of CISCO Unified Communications
*Minimum 3 years Technical Author experience
*Previous experience working with the MOD
*Previous experience providing Technical authoring, reviewing and quality assurance of GFI documentation
