This is an opportunity to join our reputable team of friendly IT Technician’s, providing support to a single large school in Coventry for the majority of the week, followed by support for other schools in the remaining days. If you have experience in IT support and a passion for providing excellent friendly support, then this role may be for you.

This full time role comes with a relatively high degree of autonomy, with the right candidate able to manage their own workload and liaise with our clients daily to help fix, assist and solve computer related issues. You will be ably supported by the senior technicians in the group and be required to escalate issues when needed, whilst maintaining an approachable, easy-going demeanor and a positive, hard-working attitude.

Your own car and driving licence are essential.

Responsibilities and duties:

- Provide a friendly service to all customers and clients.
- Be the first point of contact for IT technical support to your assigned clients.
- Work independently to provide technician support to your assigned clients, by visiting the client sites.
- Resolve, advise and assist the client with any IT issues that arise.
- Carry out the requests and duties as directed by your line manager, when needed.
- Work alongside existing technicians and further develop your understanding of the role.
- Occasionally visit client sites to perform call out jobs or deliver/setup equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance and checks at client sites either in person or remotely.
- Help to process the company’s continuing workload via the company’s helpdesk, email, phone or in person.
- Remotely resolve issues using the company’s remote access software to assist customers.
- Provide occasional 1st line telephone support for all of the group’s clients

Start Date:
May/June 2020

Pre-requisites:
An enhanced DBS check will be undertaken before starting this role.

Job Description: Trainee IT Support Technician - No Experience Required

Once you have completed all of the mandatory training in step four and have the required two years experience in the IT industry, you will be ready to move into your Cyber Security Analyst role. We have partnered with a number of large IT companies who have a massive shortage of qualified cyber security staff. In this role the average starting salary is £35K.

At a one off cost of £895, or 8 monthly payments of £124.83, this represents a great opportunity to start a rewarding career in IT and have a real career ladder to start climbing. If you are not offered a role at the end of the training we will refund 100% of your course fees.

The two Solutions Architects we are looking for will focus on post go-live support and design for the MS Dynamics Finance and HR applications. We are therefore looking for two individuals with significant MS Dynamics experience in either or both applications in order to develop and progress our Dynamics solution through the next stages of the programme.

This role will involve technical knowledge and skills in order to design and implement relevant architectural solutions. About you

Essential criteria to be considered:

* Knowledge of Solution development best practices for D365 and software development lifecycle including Agile methodologies

* Experience of core Finance and Procurement concepts and processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and/or HR process and concepts in Attract and Talent/ HR.

* Experience in the use of LCS to manage Dynamics environments
