5 x Scaffolders Required in Inverness - Part 1 & Part 2 (must pass drug and alcohol test)

We have an excellent opportunity for scaffolders in Inverness for a reputable client. Immediate start for the right candidate with competitive rates of pay. This post will result in a permanent position for the right candidates.

The main duties of the role will include:

Erecting, handling and maintaining scaffolding (layher)The candidate must have proficient knowledge in the following:

Safe operation
Workplace safety
Safe lifting and handling proceduresAs a part 2 scaffolder you will have CISRS card, your own PPE and previous site experience. We also require the candidate to provide two checkable references and they must be able to work in Inverness.

We require the candidates to start ASAP for a period of up to 3months. You will be required to work 10hrs per day Monday - Friday with the majority of Saturdays available and very occasional Sundays.

The part 2 rates are as follows:

£16.50 Basic - Monday to Friday

£24.75 OT1 - Saturday AM

£33.00 OT 2 - Saturday PM and Sunday all day

The rates quoted are CIS/ UMB/ LTD rates. Note that as a LTD company you will not be paid at gross status unless you are registered as gross status via HMRC. If you would like to be paid PAYE please ask and we will provide these for you. Note that trainees do not qualify to be paid as CIS.

Note that you will only qualify for weekend overtime if you do not have any unauthorised time off Monday - Friday. No parking available. The candidates must pass a drugs and alcohol test. NO DIGS.

We are currently recruiting for a Data Cabling Engineer (MSE). This position will have a regional office based in Rosyth, the position is homebased covering the north of Scotland with a local sub office at RAF Lossiemouth near Inverness. The position comes with the use of a company van. The ideal candidate would be based in the Central Highlands including the Inverness and Aberdeen area.
The post holder will be responsible in ensuring all calls allocated to them are delivered within NG Bailey’s clients Service Level Agreements (SLA). The Managed Services Engineer will respond to service calls pertaining to faults, provisions and Business As Usual (BAU) project works across all IT Services Managed Services.
Data Cabling Engineer Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate appropriate Health and Safety leadership to ensure that the safety first and foremost message is visible and alive throughout any activities carried out.
- Ensure adherence to all NG Bailey’s policies, processes and procedures.
- Ensure all works comply with NG Bailey IT Service’s standards and to meet and exceed Client expectations whilst ensuring adherence to vendor and manufacturer design guidelines.
- To ensure material control and maintain records of deliveries and project stock.
- To ensure provision of timely and accurate internal and customer project reporting (time sheets, mileage returns, daily reports, completion certificates).
Data Cabling Engineer Requirements:
- Evident experience working within ‘Live’ Customer sites.
- Evident experience of the installation of Structured and Voice Cabling Systems.
- Fully conversant with the setup and operation of Fluke Analysers.
- The ability to locate and rectify faults on structured cabling systems.
- Ability to work from construction drawings.
- Able to self-manage workload without supervision.

- Demonstrate the ability to interface with customers with a professional and informative approach.

Job Description: On behalf of our global client, we are looking to recruit a Product Stewardship Specialist on a contract basis located in Scotland.

The Role

Currently, they are seeking a full-time Product Stewardship Specialist to be based at their manufacturing site in Inverness, Scotland for a contract position.

The successful candidate will provide product stewardship support for a global medical device manufacturer, with respect to RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Packaging Directive, other restricted substances legislation, etc. as well as software implementation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Working within the Regulatory Affairs department as part of a small product stewardship team supporting compliance and sustainability

* Prepare and submit compliance reports and other documentation

* Interact with other functions to provide product stewardship support during new product development and management of change activities

* Develop processes including documentation (software processes, standard operating procedures and database implementation)

* Assist with continuous process improvements

Essential Skills

* Attention to detail and thorough self-review of work

* Thorough understanding of product stewardship regulations, especially EU legislation and their application in a medical device or similar industry

* Familiarity with global chemical and electronics regulations

Education and Experience

* Strong undergraduate coursework in chemistry

* 2+ years of relevant experience required

* Bachelor’s degree (BSc) obtained in one of the following topics: Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or another relevant subject.

* Previous product stewardship experience, preferably with a medical devices company

* Experience supporting international chemical or electronics product stewardship/ regulatory compliance

* Prior experience working with specialist software solutions such as databases

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
